After 9 years working from an office on an industrial estate looking out on to a car park, I decided a change of scenery would be good. An old boss of mine used to say “questions cost nothing” and with this in mind, on a dark December afternoon I rang up Parkstone Bay Marina to ask if they might have any space available. When the answer was yes, I excitedly drove down there to take
